Phuket is the Mecca of fresh seafood and Horn Grill embraces this with a passion. To mention a few of our chef’s recommendations, the imported swordfish is charcoal grilled and served with stir-fried vegetables in butter with choice of potatoes or as a separate entrée with fettuccini cream sauce. The Norwegian grilled salmon fillet with fried leek and mushroom comes served with pommes du cheese, salad and hollandaise sauce and is a firm favorite with our many guests.
